What is "a cup"? is it 200 mls do you think?

I notice that a unit of measurement on myfitnesspal seems to be 'one cup'. I find this quite random and vague. I assume it's somewhere in the region of 200mls? A mug would be about 250 I suppose!

Hey there! A cup is 237 ml... you can safely call it 250 to make measuring easier!0

it varies depending on what you are weight but if you want good conversions I use this site
