Didn't realise I'd lost this much weight!!

A belt I had for a while never used to fit me, when I started losing weight though I noticed I could wear it again, but, still being so big the belt was tight and left an imprint from where I used to fasten it on itself. The other night I used the belt, noticed the mark and fastened it there, which kind of shocked me!! I mean, I couldn't even fit this belt around me once upon a time!! :noway: I must have lost around 11 or 12 inches off my waist, which is rather sickening in a way, because I my own mind I was never "THAT" big!

    recently I discovered the same thing... I mean I knew my pants were fitting better and bigger but I didn't realize it was that much til I put on my belt and discovered I needed an extra hole and when I put it in the hole I used to always use and I couldn't believe I had been that BIG! Way to go though doesn't it make you just feel sooo great when you look at it! That you have accomplished soo much! :D
