What is Slimming World all about? is this another weight watchers? Is anybody using it and does it really work?

    Yes, it's another diet club like weight watchers, but I think it's only in the UK

    It's a UK based slimming club and eating plan where you don't count calories. You have certain foods that are unlimited and others that are limited. And yes it works, I lost 28lb on it, a steady 1-3 lbs a week. I only stopped and switched to calorie counting because I moved away from the UK and I struggle to find a lot of the foods here.
