I am new looking for friends to help me stay motivated

I join last week and I'm really good at starting eating healther but than start to slip, I will have a craving for something sweet and then good crazy, and I need to stay focused I have a few friends who are doing this with me, and would love to have somemore to help with keeping each other going.

    Hi! I have the same problems and I just joined as well. I do really well for a week or so and then stuff my face and then it's just downhill from there! Chocolate is my addiction :) If you add me as your friend (I'm not sure how to do that?) I would love to try and help you stay on track and you can keep me in check as well. Good luck!

    You are not alone I too have the same problems, start great then slip and slip, I have lost 14lbs in 5 weeks however I have now hit a plateau for 2 weeks and its getting to me, I am very good at motivating others but not so good at motivating myself!!!! please feel free to add me!!

    I would love to help you stay motivated. What are your goals? I also love sweets. I have been working hard to stay away. I am eating the chocolate mint zone par as a snack and that helps with the chocolate fix. Do you have any workout goals. I know working out with someone is a good idea. Let me know what kind of motivation you are looking for and I can help. I am good at keep people positive.

    14 lbs in five weeks is awesome. Great job. You said you hit a plateau, do you mind me asking what kinds of food you are eating and what kind of exercise you are doing? I may be able to help you with getting over that hump. message me and we can chat.
