I have no butt!!

So I've dropped 34 lbs(still have quite a bit to go though). And it looks as though it call came off my @$$!! I always had such a nice one too. But after having 2 kids in 2 years I ballooned up and I guess it did a number on my butt. Can anyone tell me some exercises that target the bottom? I want my booty back (

Squats, lunges, dead lifts. These are all great for that area!!!0

That's how I am too! Haha! I have fat at the top of my thighs right under my butt, so it looks like I have no behind at all lol. I've been doing P90X for two weeks now, and can already see a bit of a difference in my bum! Lots of squats! Lots of lunges! Gotta work your bum and all the muscles around it to lift it back up and make it look nice. Good luck!0

I've been doing squats and lunges 4-5x's a week for about 3 weeks. I haven't noticed a change so far. But I will keep doing it. It's probably cause I haven't lost all the weight yet. Thank you ladies!0

Hip raises are good, and they work even better if you can do them with one foot.
Basically, you lay on the ground, with your knees bent and in the air. Then, you pick your butt up off the ground while your shoulders are still down. Extra points for doing it with one leg in the air, because then your other butt cheek has to work extra hard. Obviously you'd want to keep it even, so if you do 10 on one side, you should probably do 10 on the other side.
Squats and lunges are also good. I think you can probably also find some lower body resistance band or dumb bell workouts.0 -
Target your glute max with dead lifts, back extensions, squats, then to target the top portion do lateral band walks side leg lifts ( think fire hydrant).0
