Whoo hoo!

Ah, I'm so happy! The scale finally budged for me today! I lost 6lbs in the last two weeks, (I only weigh myself bi-weekly). I'm so excited, for so long I've gone on and on not seeing anything and it finally happened! I've been working out 5-6 times a week, each time half an hour low intensity cardio and half an hour high intensity cardio... eating all my calories...
