Hi there, I am just looking for a little advice from any of you who have had breast augmentation surgery. Mine is scheduled in just over a week. I am meeting with the doctor this week to determine the final sizing and just looking for input from ladies with experience. I am 5'7" currently an A and considering the 350-400 cc range, gel implants under the muscle. The doctor was suggesting the larger end of the spectrum, but at the end of the day am worried about them looking "too big."

Also, how was your recovery? Just wondering what to expect... how long before you could exercise again?

Thanks for any advice!

hey, i'm 5'7, 125 pounds (150 at time of surgery) and i went with 425 and 450 cc (i did saline though) and i definitely do not feel like they're too big at all. i'm a D but look like a C in clothes. i'm very glad i didn't go any smaller (if anything i wish i went a little bigger)

i did this 3 years ago, and def no exercising for 6 weeks, very light exercise at 4. i still can't do certain arm exercises using chest muscles cause i HATE how it feels. YUCK.
  • Thank you! This is very helpful. I still have 30 pounds to lose myself so I know that will factor into the decision as well. Good to know that you weigh less than you did when you got yours and you are still happy with the size, thanks!
