Well, it depends on what "changes" you are referring to. If you have been adding fresh fruit and vegies to your diet, staying away from prossessed, fried and fast food, and uping you intake of water, then you are most likely correct, your new lifestyle hasn't quite translated to your body yet! Just give it time. Once you have been eating right and getting enough water, your body will acclimate and you will not feel bloated.
I too feel down about the gym sometimes... I know it is usually due to stress at work or that I am missing my deployed hubby... but I always (I mean ALWAYS) feel better once I am at the gym and after the workout... it is sometimes just about getting yourself there! You can do it!

I always find the best thing to do is just get there...
then the rest is easy to convince yourself you want to do
always make sure you're hydrated, and are taking good vitamins if you aren't eating a lot of natural foods like fruits and veggies. if you're eating enough of those, you shouldn't need multi-vitamins. I went to the gym several times with a "bloated stomach" and once I got moving and had lots to drink... i felt a whole lot better.0 -

I'm not sure which vitamins are good compared to others.
But I bought my vitamins at costo last year. One thing I noticed.
I get sick to my stomach if I take a vitamin on an empty stomach.
It took me about 4-5 occurences of almost being sick on a certain day before i realized it was actually a vitamin I took that day on an empty stomach.
For some reason I need to take these vitamins with food, or else it's not good.
Just a thought0
