Ladies....weight gain/stagnant on period??

I haven't lost any all week, granted monday was my birthday and I ate like a cow. but...my period started yesterday and my weight has been the same all week...does my period possibly have anything to do with this? I have been working out burning 900 cals a workout for the past 4 days eating as close to or a bit over 1400 a day. Thanks for the help.

It definitely affects weight, mostly water weight. It stalled me out this week from breaking the ten pound mark >.>0
