30 Day Shred Results (pic)

Not a hugh change but just starting out to really try to tone up since I am at goal weight.
I am happy with some change and especially only in 30 days. Three more months till bathing suit season !!!

  • you look amazing!! what was your weight loss? i've been doing it off and on but not for 30 days straight. just purchased a HRM so i can track the calories!

    Way to go!! I have been at this 30 days too and lost 10, then gained a pound back. I need to get off my butt and exercise more. :)

    You look great! I did 2 rounds of Shred but am no where close to goal and lost lots of inches. I had lots to lose though. You look really terrific. You'd probably tighten up even more with another 30 day Jillian workout. They are really pretty great.
  • What exactly is this 30 day shread you speak of I want to find it! I hear about it quite a bit and not sure what to look for? Do you just do it in your own home?

    I started out at 146lbs and am finally down to 120 my goal weight. I did do it for 30 days straight and I also am training for my second half marathon so I run 3x a week, but I really think the shred helped to tone up my arms and mid section most.

    The 30 Day Shred is a Jillian Michaels DVD you do at home with hand weights and the best part is that it is under 40 minutes per workout !
