My whole exercise routine so far has just been 30 minutes of walking every night. On my walk tonight, I had to continuously pull my sweat pants up. Another week or two like this and I might have to buy a new pair.

That is a great feeling isn't it.. I have lost 18 pounds so far & a few inches & I have had to pull up my workout pants several times.. lol... Its amazing.. Congrats on your first NSV... Good luck...0
