    I take a Vitamin B-complex, because it's said to help convert food into energy;
I take a calcium supplement, one at breakfast, one at dinner, because it's good for my bones and is said to promote weight loss. I also take a fish oil supplement, good for the heart, skin, etc.
AND i'm taking a glucosamine/chondritin supplement, because i'm trying to protect my poor joints from all my weights bouncing up and down on them when i run on the treadmill :)
Phew...it was more work to type all that, then to take them!

I take One-A-Day Multivitamin for Women over 50. its a real wake up call when you actually qualify based on age for these vitamins. lol. I take them because i know i don't get all my vitamins/minerals everyday and this helps me get them. My Dr. wants me to take the Omega Fish Oil to help lower my cholesterol but i've not found any small enough and not fishy tasting to take and not gag... (if anyone has suggestions - please let me know)

Honestly? I don't take anything as every time I try and take vitamins - I get hives and then my skin breaks out in horrible acne. Apparently, I am allergic to something they put in them because it doesn't matter what brand I take - it still happens.

I try and get what I need from my food since I know I can't take them.

    I take:

    - Multivites Gummy Vitamins [mostly for the vitamin D in it, 800 UI]
    - gummy immune c with zinc and echinacea
    - Calcium 1200mg [also with 1,000 UI of vit D]
    - vitamin e
    - acidophilus
    - l-lysine

I also take a supplement called "Micro Max", it is made by the same company that makes the Source supplement for horses. It has minerals and kelp and stuff from the sea....not sure exactly. But it did amazing things for my horse, and a few fellow horse people swear by it so I started taking it :) I feel great physically, but that could be attributed to everything else I'm doing health-wise. But, it works for my horse, and it doesn't interact with any other medications or vitamins I am on so I continue to take it. :)

I also drink Joint Juice, a shot every morning. It has really, really helped my joints.

I take one a day for women over 50. I take fish oil for heart health. I take vitamin D and B12 as my levels were very low. D is really important as so many of us get no sun any more. Even when we go out in the sun we wear sunscreen which blocks the production of Vit. D. I take an Aleve every morning to relieve the back spasm I have lived with since my car accident.

I take Women's Ultra Mega Multivitamins from GNC. IMO, they are so much better than vitamin brands like Centrum or One A Day. I started taking them because I started losing my hair (PCOS) and I know I don't get enough from food alone. They give me a boost of energy and help me feel better overall.

    I take:

    Fish oil
B-12 (since over a year ago my blood work came back deficient in B-12 since I eat very little meat, even though I'm not vegetarian)
    Vitamin C
    Zinc (boost immune system)
Multi-vitamin for women with iron (blood work I had done previous to the discovery of my B-12 deficiency showed I had low iron - I don't eat beef)
    Calcium (600 mg)
    Biotin (for healthy hair)

Everyone needs different vitamins based on their diets and medical needs.

Before you take anything other than a multi-vitamin, get some blood work done and talk to your doctor about what your body needs and what kind of results you want to get from vitamins (stronger immune system, healthier hair and nails, more energy etc), and he/she can tell you what you should take and what you should NOT take based on your blood work.

I hope that is more helpful than just sorting through the countless number of supplements different people take.

Well, I don't have insurance, so it's a little difficult for me to get blood test and all that. I was also just wondering what other people take :)

    In the morning, I take:

    -1 women's multi-vitamin
    -1 calcium supplement
-1 Vitamin D3 supplement (due to PCOS, my Calcium & D are low)
    -1 Flax Oil

-I've also taken Green Tea 2x/day in past, which seems to help w/ energy

In the evening with dinner, I take:
