decision help!!!

i have about 500 cals left for the day-its between cookies and cheese puffs - kit kat and popcorn- or pancakes and bacon ( i MUST have something sweet) HELP guys which is the less of all the evils? cookie option leaves me with 19 cals-the other 2 leave with about 100 cals.

    I'm commenting on this late, so I hope you made a good choice! I always have these "last calorie snack crams"' at night, so I keep healthy snacks in the house. I always have some skinny cow candies on hand for those sugar cravings, or 100 calorie packs of little cookies. For salt cravings, I have rice crisps or air popped popcorn

    Next time this happens how about something that will actually give you some good nutrition and won't spike your blood sugar, like nuts and low sugar dark chocolate.

    This is great advice... and something I should do as well. nuts and dark chocolate.
