And I just posted a thread about Flatouts, you can make sandwiches, pizzas, wraps out of them and they are high in fiber. Also I mix Fiber one cereal in yogurt sometimes0

sugar snap peas are a great source of insoluable fibre (low calorie - high fibre)
and beans, lentils, whole grained foods are great soluable fibres (high calorie - high fibre)
Kashi Go Lean Crunch is my favorite!! it's sweet, crunchy and high in fibres and protein!!
Also milled Flax Seed is great to add into pretty much ANYTHING from salads, to soups and sandwiches. Also oatmeal is a great high fibre food that is suggested for weight loss and muscle building.0 -
I tend to make sure all my breads, cereals, etc...have plenty of fiber in each serving, which makes it pretty easy to get fiber in. I have my goal set up for 25 g a day and I reach that and usually more.
And fruits and veggies and legumes have fiber. Lentils and black beans are a great choice for that. I don't eat a lot of soup this time of year but when it's cooler, eating some lentil or black bean soup and a sandwich made with a whole-grain bread packed with fiber will help.
Also, when all else fails, I keep Fiber One bars or Kashi bars around. Each one has a good amount of fiber and can make a nice snack..0 -
Fiber one granola bars are soooo good!! They are a little high with sugar so be carefull, and they have them in a couple different flavors too!:drinker:0

I try to make sure I get plenty of fiber in my diet. However, if I need a fiber boost, I'll grab a Fiberone or a Quaker Fiber granola bar. The quaker ones have about 9 grams of fiber in them, per serving. And they taste delicious.0

I check fiber in every thing I buy. Activa yogart is a good source, grapenut cereal. As a snack I eat the yogart with 1/4 cup of grapenuts.
There are muffin tops which are high fiber www.vitamuffins.com and get the muffin top.
I generally get 18 to 20 grams of fiber.0 -

I have to maintain a high fiber diet as well so most of my fiber comes from my oatmeal in the morning, spinach for lunch and dinner and my post bran cereal. Lots of fruits are high in fiber as well, especially raspberries and blueberries but I cannot stand either one. Beans are high in fiber as well.0 -
My favorites: Dreamfield pasta, Mission Plus Carb Balance tortillas, and Fiber One Honey Cluster cereal and Fiber One bars. All these have good amounts of fiber. Also Apples!0
