Hi
Help !! about to go out for a sunday pub carvery. Now i dont eat meat but wont be able to resist a couple of roast potatoes and a yourkshire pudding. Does anyone know the kind of calories I will be consuming ... lets take it for granted i am looking at using a small plate so looks like a childs portion.
otherwise i am gonna bale and settle for a salad. I have been dieting for over a month with no cheat days but loving the results and it is weigh in day tomorrow lol

When I have a roast dinner at home, it usually consists of 150grams of meat, 150grams of potatoes, veg and two yorkshire puds. It amounts to approximately 700 calories.0 -

That sounds about right to me too. Without the meat, though, I'm not sure.0 -
