STUCK AT 14 LBS LOST

I seem to be stuck in my weight loss journey, i am eating healthier, exercising on the elliptical 30 min. at least 6 days a week, not frustrated, but lacking motivation. should i drop my calories or cut out my snacks during the day???? i have been going strong for a solid month, am i just over reacting or should it be like this????

If you eat about the same foods/ calories every day you may want to switch it up alittle. If you only count calories maybe watch carbs for a few days. Keeping it under 100 should help.

You hit a plateau, and you will hit more. Unfortunately, your body adjusts to the changes you made. So you have to change it up a bit. You can lengthen your cardio, or change up the difficulty, so your burning more calories. You could do intervals, ex. where you sprint for a minute and do you normal speed for three. It will increase you heart rate, so you will burn more. Play around with it, just remember you always need to challenge yourself to improve and to keep from getting bored of it. Also, you could throw in some push ups and sit-ups at the end or the beginning. Hope this helps :)
