I'm starting my diet right now and thought it might be easier if I do something to keep myself accountable. This online exercise and food diary seems like a good idea.

    Thanks. I was really surprised how the calories add up when I entered in my food intake today. A real eye opener for me.

    I love it! You don't realize how much you eat until you start keeping track of everything you consume. It helps keep me on track.

    pre-log your food in, so you can adjust meals that aren't as healthy as you thought.
