Food Problems..

Okay so I do really well for breakfast and lunch, but when i get home around 3, I'm not even really hungry... but I'll eat a small snack, and then go do something for a while. But after a little bit I just keep making my way to the kitchen and eating and eating and eating! Plus for dinner I eat a lot too, I'm not sure why... I feel like I'm addicted to food. Help? Anyone have any ideas to make me stop eating so much?

    Gum. I have a couple flavors, Costco size.
    My wife drinks a 243-330cal coffee for breakfast.
    Lunch is the big meal of the day at around 500-600cal. It can be hard to get to dinner so she typically chews on gum once she gets home till dinner.
    Dinner is under 400cal and another peice of gum when most might be thinking of dessert, if she really wants a snack she goes for a cheese wedge and a few crackers.

    If i am able to call myself out on snacking, then I make myself drink a big glass of water and wait a little before I start in on the snacking. The gum idea is great too!
