Hi all,
Still learning the ropes of tracking my diet. Noticed that I'm coming in well below my target for calcium. I've been avoiding milk and cheese. Are there good vegetable sources of calcium that are also pretty low-cal?
Thanks!

You can always take a couple of tums a day. No real side effects to worry about - it's just calcium carbonate.
I drink calcium fortified orange juice. Green leafy vegetables was a good suggestion, and some beans and fish as well.0 -
Use fat free (skim) milk, or fat free half and half in your cooking, I don't personally drink milk, but do cook with it. Also Spinach, Kale, Cucumbers (skin on) any Dark Green Veggies. you could also google calcium rich foods....0

Now that I think about it, eating fish with bones soft bones (sardines, etc.) would probably be the best source0
