These are my favorites. I've tried quite a few but only post the ones I like. I add more on occasion too.

Hi There.. I have been jucing for about 5 months (so relatively new too) . I ordered 2 books from Amazon one called Juicing for Life and the other is a book of recipes and pictures called The Big Book of Juices

My favorite is.. 3 or 4 carrots, 1/2 a beet, 2 celery sticks, about 1/2 cup or parsnip and then an inch worth of ginger root. This by far is my go to juice!

    Happy Juicing! I love it.

Thanks everyone! I'll try the website and also look into the books!
  • I have been doing a mean green:

    6 kale leaves
    1/2 cucumber
    2 celery stalks
    bunch parsley
    1/2 lemon
2 apples (green or red, something sweet)
    small piece of ginger

Pour into a large wine glass and drink! (it is all in the presentation :)
  • Awesome, I am going to try the different ones also and post back on here!!! Does anyone actually do the juice fasting? I would like to try it as a cleanse/fast for maybe a 2-3 day?
  • I should have added, I have a lap band and had to drink liquids for 3 weeks straight so I can do it!!! I would love the cleansing, because I have decided to give up alcohol for awhile, I am not losing weight drinking a couple times a week! :(

Here are a few of my favs:

    Option 1:
    3 apples
3 oranges (peeled but leave the white part under the peel on - it's called the pith as is full of nutrients)
1/2 bunch of fresh organic spinach

    Option 2:
    Option 1 PLUS
    3 carrots

    Option 3:
    3 apples
    3 carrots
    1/3 cup of fresh ginger

    Enjoy!!!
