    I think there is a recipe calculator in the Tools section. I've never used it, but it might help with figuring out family meals like casseroles.

    35 and been at this for 2 weeks. Amazing how many calories we actually eat when you see it written down! I'm needing help knowing how to log in foods like casseroles that I cook for my family for dinner and eat a small portion. Any suggestions?
