Not sure if I should post this here in support or fitness.

Hope this doesn't sound vain or anything but I don't want to loose weight off my boobs, just a bit off my stomach and arms.
Any tips? And is this achievable?

Thanks :)

Generally not, you can't chose where to lose your fat from! Everybody is different - you may lose more or less than somebody else from your boobs! But don't forget even if you do lose from all over your boobs may not actually look smaller because the rest of you is too!

Sorry. The fat will come off where it will. You cannot spot reduce.
  • like the others said, sadly nope :( push ups and pectoral moves will help add some perk or bulk if youve lost boobage ;)

If it wants to come off of your boobs, it will sadly.
Mine are practically non existant now, grr.
  • Dam it! Haha. Thanks for the replies anyway. When I loose a bit weight it always seems to come off there. And vice versa. Sucks being a woman haha

Well good news is you won't lose your boobs entirely, only a portion of them is stored body fat. Depending, you may just lose a cup size or two, if that. It's inevitable and in some cases the FIRST place you lose. If when you reach you goal and your breasts are smaller than you would prefer, either buy a padded bra or the tissue trick for when you go out. Nothing wrong with wanting to keep your chest as-is if that's the area you're happy with, I know I'd be a bit mad if when I dropped all this I became a B cup or smaller, that's my personal preference.

Maybe, just maybe if you didn't diet and trained (strenght training) on the areas concerned, but losing stomach can only be achieved through weight loss.
If you have very little weight to lose, very little fat on your arms and abs, then I think this can be done (calorie restriction to "maintain" and local strength training).
