Is there a way to set MFP up to use ww points instead of calories? At the rate I'm going having just set up and put my food in so far for the day, I won't be able to eat dinner:(

  • I don't think so. This isn't a site that's really intended to be mixed with other diets. You might have better luck on the actual weight watchers site.

Afraid not, this is a calorie tracking site.

I believe for legal reasons WW online is the only place you can track WW points.
  • I found this site better than WW Online. I did it for a month before I found this site. It's alot easier to find out how many calories something has than have to calculate points. Best of all it's FREE. MFP definitely has more food choices in the database than WW. I have done WW three times before and had success but I've lost more doing this and have actually stuck with it. Good luck!

nope but the points formula is based off of calories. I personally loved WW for the first month or two and then I hated it. Stupid points system! Too complicated not to mention expensive. MFP is 100% free and I have lost almost 5 times the weight I ever lost with WW. User friendly helps.
  • I'm on Weight Watchers Online. There's no way to set up MFP to track Points. I use it in conjunction to keep an eye on my calories, make sure I'm getting enough protein, etc. But generally, if I'm on my Points target, I'm on my calorie target too.
  • nope! I track on WW's site and use this forum for support =)
