What is your favorite after-workout snack?

    breakfast or dinner, lol. i do my exercise right before those meals.

    favorite snacks are probably clif or balance bars, though. and i have a weakness for wheat thins.

    Mostly just have dinner in the evening or breakfast if I work out in the morning. However, on the weekends I love to fix a fruit smoothie with lots of protein.

    One of the fage greek yogurts usually. Good protein and no fat not that I limit fat in my diet, but I know most do.

    I usually have one of these:
    Spinach and egg-white keish
    1 cup chilli beans with meat (so delicious and filled with protein :P )
    Turkey sandwich

    All of them are filled with protein. :)

    UHHHm....... a Mc Double with bic mac sauce and a large fry with a mc Chicken...and... a diet coke.





    BLAHH... jk i usually drink my pro balance whey protien shake wth water.. trying to lose the wieght not turn into the HULK....

    After lifting I always have whey protein followed by a full meal. ( I've got a monstrous appetite after lifting) I don't always eat immediately following a cardio workout unless it was really intense. I usually eat about an hour after, but no specific food, just whatever I'm in the mood for; maybe a snack, maybe a meal.
