Who's done it? What did you think? And are there any other yoga fitness vids you would recommend?

I saw that on Netflix and I was wondering about it. Maybe I'll do it in the morning and see. [:0

I've been at a plateau for weeks and started this early last week BC i could stream it from netflix... I then lost a pant size... I love it. But I'm curious as to how everyone else feels and if there are any other videos they've compared it to.0

Anything Ellen Barrett does is awesome. I absolutely LOVE her!
I really do enjoy this one, but I have to say it gets a bit repetitive. The Fat Burning Pilates is awesome because it has a nice little cardio section followed by a tough matwork section.0 -
This is a great video! I've streamed it a few times and it always makes me sweat. I also like Sara Ivanhoe's workouts - lighter yoga but still wonderful.
My absolute favorite yoga DVD - because it's a killer burn and makes me push myself hard - is Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior.0 -
I used to take Ellen when she taught at my local crunch here in NYC. Somehow, there is def something lost in the translation from real life to video. I just don't feel it like when she taught in person. A video that I use now that real works cardio and does a crazy banging job on building strength is Jillian Michael's yoga meltdown. I've been doing week 1 for a little bit and i'm still finding it challenging and it's helping me move the scale. I can't wait for the 2nd level. I'm guessing its gonna kick my butt. lol.0

i like ellen barret too, I think I have done this and actually I am planning on yoga tonight so thanks for the reminder that I have it on netflix. I love lara hudson for pilates. LH has some great routines for pilates that you can enjoy at home. I actually bought one of hers that was not on netflix. I love it and burn about 140 calories or more doing it. But Lara Hudson is on netflix so try her too for a change up. Keeping your body guessing is a good thing!0

I own Yoga Meltdown as well and recommend it too. It is pretty challenging. I recommend it as well.0 -
I love Bryan Kest, Baron Baptiste, and Kristen McGee's videos. Yoga is my primary form of exercise.0
