I dont know why i'm doubting what i have been doing... Its been 8 weeks since i truly started my journey and every week i have been doing better... I mean i lost so far 22 lbs... every week i have been making better and healthier choices and and i have been increasing my the intensity of my workouts between cardio and weight training,,, I'm finally able to run at 4.5 mph on my treadmill for a full 15 minutes w/o falling out, do 120 crunches on myy ab lounge, and have been lifting more weights than ever before n even tho i don't feel super sore I know I am gaining muscle cause I do see some toning going on here lol I'm able to sing better, fit into a lot of clothes that i couldn't before, make more notches on my belt, have been having to tighten the belt on my jobs headset around my waist more than ever before, and my former boss who i have worked with for 3 years told me the other day "hey Carlos, your looking skinnier and better bro" so I must be doing something right right? i hate when doubt creeps into my mind

    Honestly?

I doubt myself at least 10 times a day.

In fact, I find myself constantly thinking about food (not in the craving way, more of a worrying way) and weightloss.

On one hand I think it's a good thing to think about it, but it does inevitably lead to doubt :(
