Time to get it Happening

I found a new years resolution from 2002, to get below 100kg, now in 2012 I am still at 116kg. The issues for me are Beer, wine,..and the junk I eat when drinking beer and wine (plus the fact that I have been replacing time I could have been exercising with the above).

I have an initial goal of 100kg, and want to make it down to 92 kg.

I would love to connect with people on the same journey, especially people who are trying to break out of long term bad habits.

    Good luck on your journey! I have gone through a similar course and got really lazy after my training accident in the Army. Now I am just trying to get healthy to be here for my kids. Feel free to add me and we can help each other thought this.

    Very similar, been heavy all my life, lost it a few times and it always found me with a little extra added on, well the added on has finally caught up with me. this site is excellant. we are about the same age but i have quite a bit more to lose than you but would like to help each other.

    i have the same problem, i drink beer & i get the munchies...ugh!!
