Thoughts/feedback on some of the info the authors present? I would love to hear your opinions. I'm floored by some of the stuff they report, i.e., arsenic present in some sugar substitutes and dairy. Arsenic??!!! That's just plumb bananas! And it's present because the FDA says the amounts are within human consumption limits. What??!! Didn't know there were acceptable amounts when it came to ingesting poison. Interesting. Very interesting.

Would love to hear what others took away. :)

I haven't read it but I have definitely heard about it. I wouldn't be suprised about the arsenic thing though since I have heard that tests carried out on apple juice have proved that arsenic has been present in apple juice, I don't recall how much though of course the amount was small but still. I am a vegetarian but I try to be as vegan as possible and eat organic, natural food in which I know exactly what's in it and where it came from, I just feel like its better that way :)

Really? In apple juice??? Lawdy. I used to apple juice by the gallon fulls as a kid. No wonder weight is a challenge. Our bodies certainly can't be efficient if its always busy fighting something. Good call on the mostly organic. I will certainly follow suit. thanks for the info.
