Thru another thread (thanks tangal88), I came across this website and it seems to be pretty good for those women just starting out needing some guidance on where to begin.

    Ooh, yes that will be helpful! I already do lots of cardio (the never ending walking to work) so was wanting to lift weights but apart from arm work, didn't really know where to start - lots of these seem the sort of thing you can add weights to :o) Thanks! :flowerforyou:

    that is what i was thinking too,,,,,can definatley add some weights! :smile:
