I'M CERTAINLY THERE RIGHT WITH YOU....AS I AM DOING HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CARBING. (ONLY USING THE GOOD CARBS, I.E. BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, GREEN BEANS, AND ETC......)
NO FLOUR/NO SUGAR ...AFTER 65 YEARS, I HAVE FINALLY REALIZED THAT BOTH OF THOSE SET ME OFF ON COMPULSIVE EATING........UGH...

I bought some vanilla protein powder recently and have started having protein smoothies and adding some to my Chobani (already packed with protein). Even added some to my coffee this morning.0

I bought some plain Chobani and have Chocolate Malt flavored Protein Powder, I could add together. How was the consistency? Was it difficult to get the protein powder to dissolve nicely?0 -

The consistency was fine - couldn't even tell there was added powder in it. I thought about getting some plain Chobani and chocolate protein powder, too. Great minds.....0

Tried vanilla Chobani with a full scoop of chocolate protein powder. Not awful.....0

I read somewhere that adding protein powder to hot liquid can make the consistency really weird. It was okay adding it to your coffee?0

I just looked back to 2/10th. I have been over 100 everyday except one when I only got 65 in .
Today was 130-something. Yesterday 155.0 -
great idea! I'm a coffee drinker and have vanilla whey protein with almond milk every morning. I bet it's fabulous in coffee!! would make a good iced coffee too!!0
