I hear it is way good for bone loss too. I am exercising regularly again and also eating right but I haven't been journalling here again. It's just a bad habit I fell into, not entering my daily foods and exercise. I am trying to get back into it. I hope someone might have tried the I-Cool as I want to get some if I get good reviews from anyone here.

PS I'll be back after my classes today:)

No kidding?? Is that prescription though? Will you keep me posted on the difference you feel? I have been having these for almost 10 years, I am sooooooooo sick of it. Some progesterone cream seems to help a little and I really have to keep up on exercise and water etc but they still make me miserable at times.

I can't take the estrogen/progesterone replacement prescriptions because they bring on migraines. I had those til I got into menopause and then, when I tried the replacement script, it brought them back so I had to make the choice, headaches or hotflashes, LOL, geesh:(
  • nah, not Rx- bought at local health food store on recommendation of a friend. it is only day 5 and it says full benefit usually take 4-5 weeks but i am sleeping through night since starting them rather than being jolted awake cause my core temp feels like molten lava. and no longer feeling like i need to take a shower every 3 hours during day cause of sweating. i'm pretty pleased (and honestly surprised) on how well this is working.

Wow, maybe I should try these before I go for the I Cool. I'd rather do it on a recommend from a "friend";) I'll look online and see who carries it around here, Roseburg Oregon:) Thanks so much, lets try to keep in touch, I was reading your bio and wow, what you have been through!! You go girl:) Denise
