So I was wondering if I am a waitress and walk continuously for about 6 hours, should I log that under exercise or just the actual exercise I do?

Your waitressing should be listed when you pick your lifestyle type when you originally set up MFP.
Only additional exercise should be listed as exercise.0 -
Depends on the activity level you set. If you are totally sedentary the days you are not working, I'd set sedentary, then use a mild-moderate pace walking in exercise to account for the extra movement on the days you work. Alternatively, set your lifestyle for the next one up (like for nurses, etc.) and only log exercise. Your choice!0

I think I will just count the real exercise I do.0

I am a waitress and I just log the actual exercise I do. I do the same things at work as before I started trying to lose weight so I don't see it as exercise.0
