    Thanks so much everyone! I forget who said it, but the comment about how I must workout alot...yeah, as much as possible. 90 minutes-3 hrs a day on the treadmill when my knee can take it. I'm a little obsessive about it, but I look at it as saving my own life and as a mom of 7 (including one with profound special needs) I HAVE TO be here for them as long as I possibly can so that's my motivation.
