Today's challenge is: Push-ups
Let's see if we can do 100.
Starting today the new rules are:
You can break them up into sets but your first set MUST be as many as you can do in one set. In other words, we want to build up our strength to do these exercise.
Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

I think I'll break new ground with myself and do them the real way instead of girlie-style like I've been doing.

I'm definitely in. I've been doing push ups daily from another challenge. Started Jan 1st at 1, then 2 on Jan 2nd and so on. I missed yesterday and have 44 to do for today so 43+44 = close enough to 100 for me to just go for it!0

All done. 5 sets of 20 girly ones done. Which is a massive improvement from only being able to do about 5 6 months ago0
