I LOVE sandwiches. Looking for suggestions on good healthy breads that do not have a lot of calories. Thanks.

Not sure how healthy, but there are a bunch of roll type products out there called things like Deli Thins and Deli Slims, depending on the company. They taste great, and only have 100 - 110 calories per "roll". Also great for paninis.0

Thomas makes bagel thins that are 110 calories per bagel. I think they have a couple more bread-like things, too.0

Love me some lavash. I get it at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. They have plain, whole grain, etc. A really big piece is 140 cal, and I use half to make a wrap. I also use it to make lighter pizzas, I got the recipe from www.skinnytaste.com.0

I used the Nature's Own as well but the Honey Wheat is my favorite.
If you have a Flower's Bakery Discount store in your area, they sell it for much less than Walmart. I even found a loaf at Dollar Tree the other day.0 -
Country Kitchen makes oatmeal and wheat breads - 35 calories per slice!0
