Newbie, sort of

Hi there! I created my account 4 months ago with the idea in my head that I was going to start a new healthier life. Then I woke up the next day without any concept of doing it and just let it fall by the way side.
Well I am back. I have been going to the gym since Jan 9th 2012 and have started a healthy eating plan. Now I am ready for the next phase. I want to track, and follow my progress on here. I am a visual person so seeing the ticker move down is a real motivator. Hope I can keep up the hard work and last the test of time. I will be posting a before and after once I have reached my goal date, June 28 2012. See how close I can get.
