Right, seeing as I've not had any proper full length(ish) pictures since I started trying to lose weight, I decided to do some tonight so I can keep an eye on things, as I'm starting back at the gym twice a week and I've just ordered a copy of the 30 Day Shred DVD, so I want to try and see if I can actually notice a difference in things!

(Hopefully this will work!!)

I'm sure your going to notice a difference! Have you seen the before and after pictures from the 30 day shred, totally amazing. I bought it this past Friday and only made it half way thru. Yes, i totally suck! Lol I have no upper body strength at all, so really couldn't do the pushups. The next day I was sooo sore, I guess that's a sign that I'm waaay out of shape. I'm.going to try and attempt it again sometime this week. Good luck! :)

I did see a girl who posted some pictures of before and after, you can really see the difference, thats why I thought I'd give it a go!

I struggle with push-ups as well, think I can do about 3 or 4 before I collapse lol, but hopefully I'll get through it :)

I have 2 days left on Level 3 now. I am afraid I didn't take photos, but I did measure.

I lost 3" off my waist, 3" off my hips, 1.5" off each thigh, 0.5" off each upper arm (and I have biceps too!) and nothing off my bust. I didn't lose much at all in terms of weight but I didn't expect to as I am pretty close to target now and finding those last few pounds are REAL challenge.

My goal was to tone up and get stronger, and Jillian has helped me get there - with much sweating, swearing and sufferation. I can do full press ups now no worries (including the walking ones) and I could only do them on my knees when I started + "Rocky style" sit ups too and a sit up of any description was totally out of the question 2 months ago

Hope you have also had great results. I am now starting the JM No More Trouble Zones - I love to hate Jillian

Sorry me again - trying to make the pictures a bit bigger - so these are my "before" Pictures, taken in Feb, when I originally started the 30 Day Shred - which I've restarted a couple of times, so technically, I've done about 28 days on level one, and about 15 on level 2 (Have been doing another dvd at the same time, Target Toning: 10 minute solution. Focuses on Abs, Buns, Thighs and Arms.)

    Started on 13/02/12
    SW: 189.6
    Measurements (As of 03/01/2012)
    Neck: 13.8"
    Waist: 42.5"
    Hips: 46.5"

I have been trying to not measure since, but I have caved, and done a few more times, last time was 23/04/12 - and I'll hold out now until I've finally finished level 3!!

I really want to try some more of her dvds, but not too sure which one to try.

I couldnt do any push-ups at all, girly or normal ones, but I can keep up with her doig the girly ones, the walking ones are a killer though, but I can do them!! The sit-ups as well I can do them, but Anita style :)

Maybe I should just do it again, but this time following Nat
