I had the same craving yesterday. I took a nonfat, vanilla greek yogurt and added one peach copped into tiny pieces, some cinnamon and a few chocolate chips (look at the label to know how many calories your adding). It came out to about 200 calories and was a good amount of food.

for the sweets i usually indulge in a blue raspberry baby bottle pop which usually lasts me an hour and its only 120calories.....as far as alty foods i mix some peanuts pretzels and goldfish (about a forth of each serving) and munch on that as slowly as possible
  • I buy Fudgesicles they have 100, 60 and 40 cal yummy fudgesicles I eat one almost every day to beat the cravings. they also have 15 cal popcicles. just read lables and find things they are out there!

    good luck

For sweets try to go NATURAL as much as possible. Things that have high fructose corn syrup are likely to make you crave more sweets ( I'm sucker for yogurtland... :( )

Last night I made a blueberry crumble (recipe from Cooking Light magazine...can't live w/o this thing) with a small scoop of Haagen Daaz LOWFAT vanilla frozen yogurt. It's not as low in calories and fat as the non-fat of course, but most nonfats have HFCS which WILL make you crave more sweets and it enables you to eat more (ever wonder why people can chug a whole 2 liter of soda??) Oh, and blueberries have antioxidants...can't beat that!!

Lowfat yogurt cups with some honey nut o's are a good sweet snack too. Eating that now, in fact.

    Good luck.

Me, too! I really miss the crunch and salt, and carrot or celery sticks just aren't the same.

I make my own trail mix...Cheerios, dried fruit, almonds, and one Hershey's dark chocolate stick broken up.

For sweet and salty, I love kettle corn. We pop our own...kernels, canola oil ( just a bit), and some sugar. Salt when finished...yum!
