My BF like the Queen of the Damned Soundtrack. I've been using Madonna's Hard Candy lately. Both have some great beats for running or walking!
  • Pandora's Rock and Party Station has some good tunes!! : ))

Motorhead is fantastic for running on a treadmill. It's usually up tempo, aggressive and never slows down. Just inspiring. Anything heavy and aggressive is usually what does it for me.

I have to second that as a guy. It's a great soundtrack. My gym has wifi and I use Pandora's strength training station to pump up.

    YES!! *thumbs up* awesome suggestion!
  • I've been using a mix of the LMFAO album and audio books. Exercising has really cut into my reading time so the books have been particularly good.

Here's something that no one suggested and probably never will. Anything Dubstep like Skrillex, Prodigy remixes. People usually listen to it when they're high or chilling out, it helps me in my workouts to keep my heart at a certain pace and not jump out. Most of the music is underground, so it will be hard to find, unless you're good at roaming the internet :)

If you don't mind something different, try the Classical Cardio albums. They're on iTunes. They have well-known classical songs set to a quick beat. Two of them -- Air and Canon -- are the perfect tempo for my walking pace. Others are faster.
