    Well loving a curvy figure anyway I think you looked awesome before but jeeez you can't half tell you've lost some inches!! Keep going I can't wait to see day 30 pictures!!

    PS Don't worry about scales - I've lost 18lbs in 8 months but 25 inches - sometimes those scales just don't want to shift!!

    I gained 2 pounds of muscle in just the first week of the shred...but it is muscle. Pictures show it. Great job. Excited to see the difference between your 1st and 30th day. Keep up the great work.
