30 Day Shred Works for me!

I don't know if it works for everyone, but I have seen more results with the 30 day shred than any workout I have ever tried (tried walking, running, zumba, hip hop aerobics, Leslie Sassone, 30 minute circuit-training).
I started My Fitness pal about 1 month ago. Was doing okay, but not seeing a whole lot of results. Started Jillian Michaels program 8 days ago. In that eight days, I have lost 4 lbs and 1 inch from my waist.
In that 8 days, I have been trying really hard to only consume my 1200 daily allotted calories, although I have gone over a couple of days. Went over my exercise calories by 500 calories on Saturday.
Another thing...I was unable to go to the bathroom no matter whether I took a fiber supplement or what (this is an issue for me even when I don't diet). And yes, I have been drinking 8 cups of water almost daily. So I started drinking Super Dieter's Tea (brewed with 12 oz water and I only drink 6oz at night). And I think that has helped too. I only plan to use that for 10 days and I started it last Thursday. I am hoping it will give my body the boost I need to be able to go without assistance.

that's great it works for you! I'm starting shred today, did about 10 days last year but because i didn't stick to the diet or didn't do it regularly i didn't really loose any weight or inches. I hope this time I will stick to the end.0

That's awsome! I'm starting level 3 today but haven't really noticed a huge difference. I'm thinking about starting Ripped in 30 after but when I do, I'm definitely taking measurements before and after. Keep up the good work!0

I love JM's DVD's! Have the 30 DS and Ripped in 30. I need to get Ripped in 30 out of the case and start using it! It's sooo important to measure before you start working out. Sometimes the scale can be depressing but measurements don't lie!! Keep up the good work!!0

I am currently doing the 30 day shred. But I am also doing other stuff. I do the Shred for 2 days (I might add some extra cardio and/or strength training) and then I do Cardio for 2 days (Kickboxing mostly). I LOVE Jillian!0
