I shop every couple of days. I make a list and only get what I need. I realized I wasted so much money because my fruits and veggies would go bad before I would use them. Also getting generic frozen and canned goods helps. If farmers markets are usually half the prices than stores0

Browse through your local flyers are check out the specials on vegetables (or other healthy foods) and just stick to those. The specials are usually synonymous with the season.0

Wow, organic on just $50? I will check her out. I'm want to eat more organic but the the most important thing (veggies and fruits) are so expensive.0
