    Congratulations! I love this last line...that you can't wait to see what the results of your second year bring...that statement is an inspiration. When people have a lot of weight to lose, of course they want it to be over with quickly. You've shown how much progress you can make in a year AND that you're committed to continuing until you get the result you want. That seems to be the key, and thanks for saying it out loud.
