    Low fat/low cal dressing:

    3 tbsp extra light mayo or low fat creme fraiche
    2-3 tsp tomato ketchup
    pinch of paprika/cayenne pepper
    squeeze of lemon juice

    Low carb:

    3 tbsp full fat mayo
    1 tsp tomato puree
    pinch paprika/cayenne
    squeeze of lemon juice

    This plus a dash of worshtshire (I know its spelled wrong) and some lemon.

    For more flavor boil the prawns in 1/2 water and 1/2 white wine. Add garlic and some old bay as well. Trust me, its amazing!

    Fat free sour cream 2 tbs
    Fat free mayo 1tbs
    Ketchup 1tbs
    Chopped pickle .5 tbs
    Chopped Shalot .5 tbs
    Squeeze of lemon
    Salt and pepper

    For the Marie Rose prawn cocktail sauce you just need to add a dash of Worcestershire sauce to either of the two recipes above. I use one very similar to the top one but not with Creme Fraiche (hard to find in the US unfortunately)
