Hi Everyone, am I missing something. I want to add an hours bodypump class to my exercise diary and can't see it.
Do I just replace it with aerobic at high intensity or is there an actual Bodypump I can add.
Thanks.

No bodypump on the list, I use circuit training and only put half the time because it really over estimate the calorie burn0

I added Bodypump to my exercise list (under cardiovascular). I use a BodyMedia FIT Link armband (used to use a Polar HRM) and just use the calories it shows for that workout. There's a TON of threads on here about why you shouldn't use your HRM, etc. for strength training. But I'm not someone who plays with my food/exercise calories. I have a set value I shoot for every day...workout or not, so if my calorie burn from strength training is too high based on my HRM or BMF, it has no impact on my day!
Hope that helps!0
