Today's challenge: Crunches
Let's see if we can do 200.
Also, let's try and do 50 sit-ups. If you can't do sit-ups that's fine but at least try.
Remember: The new rules are do as many as you can in the first set then do the rest how ever many you want at a time.
Do them the hardest way that you can and practice proper form instead.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Woo! Did it
I did 50 on my back on the floor, then my shoulders were complaining so I knew my form was crap. So I did 20 on each side real quick then stood for the rest- hand on my belly to check form.
So split up I did 50, 20, 20- one minute break- 20 (side), 20 (side), 70 standing center
I honestly didn't think I could do 200. So proud I did it :bigsmile:0 -

@gemiwing: you should try getting a stability ball for your crunches. My ab workouts became much more effective and eliminated the problem of hurting my back and shoulders. It also gives you extention to get your lower abs. If you really want a challenge then get a medicine ball to add weight to them. Good luck!0

omg! i cant believe i did it. i did a third of it then all the excuses came flooding through my head. i went n layed down and kept thinkin about it, so i got up and did the rest at the end of the bed. i can thank u....now hehe0

I did 25 sit ups followed by 2 sets od 15 sit up and 50 crunches followed by one set of 25 and the rest in sets of 200

The crunches are my daily challenge to myself. So I will try for 50 sit ups0

Almost forgot about this challenge then remembered it a bit ago!
200 crunches complete! as for sit ups, I tried, I really did. I couldn't get one lol0 -
I did 201 crunches and 51 sit-ups
