This is the first "holiday" involving food. This is typically where most resolutioners will fall off and never come back. You can see this in how the gym crowds will begin to thin out between now and March. Do yourself a favor. Don't become part of this statistic.

    Yeah, but this time I committed to keeping a food journal for a whole year. So even if I have some chocolates and wine tonight... I will still get up and start tracking again tomorrow!
