Am I supposed to 'eat' my excersise calories too??

HI,
Sorry I'm getting a bit confused:embarassed:
My daily allowance is 1310, before excersise. Some days I don't quite reach that & get a starvation warning:huh:
I do eat 3 meals a day & snacks & I eat healthily. But I have noticed that I've stopped losing weight. I seem to be stuck!:noway:
Some days I have caloires & fats left but no proteins & Hardly any carbs. Any suggestions other than I start eating butter or drinking olive oil!!!

YOu need to eat more. Especially when you workout. I know it's hard to think you should eat more to lose but it does work.

Don't worry about going over on protein. The general consensus is that MFP protein guidelines are low.
You definitely need to eat more to at least meet your minimim allowance, try to get in some of those exercise calories too! Trust me, the process here works.0
