Up for a challenge?

What I am proposing is a get down to basics, 6 week boot camp challenge. I call it, Lizard's Boot Camp Challenge. I will only run it if I have enough interest. So, I'm looking for people who are up to committing to a 6 week, focus on our health challenge. Basically, we have a major focus each week, along with building healthy habits for a leaner and stronger you. I am not putting ANY emphasis on weight loss, however losing weight or maintaining a health weight (making goals, etc) is part of a leaner and stronger you!
Week 1 - Water
Week 2 - Water and proper nutrition
Week 3 - Water, diet and exercise
Week 4 - Expansion of water, diet and exercise
Week 5 - Continued expansion
Week 6 - Continued expansion
Anytime - Challenges to keep you going and motivated!

If I have 15-20 people interested I'll start the group and everyone can help recruit! We'll eventually have squads, if there are lots of people, so I'd need volunteers to lead the squads. By the 3rd iteration we'd gain a vets squad for those that want a more advanced level of challenge.
