Help with a calorie estimate - pho!

Hi, everyone!
I just had some pho with tofu for lunch and didn't eat the rice noodles. I'd estimate I had about three cups of broth... I'm guessing it was fairly fatty broth, since it kind of glistened? Basically, it was your average pho broth. I also had onions, scallion, some bean sprouts, and about 8oz of firm tofu - the edges on some pieces were light brown, so it was possibly lightly fried in the past. Not totally sure. Do you think 400 calories is a safe bet? I know most of the calories are usually from rice noodles, and there was about 2 cups worth at the bottom of my bowl when I finished.
Thanks!

400 is beyond conservative if you skipped the noodles. A quart of beef pho is about 800-900 calories with the noodles, so no worries!0

Wow, excellent! I did put a bit of hoisin sauce in, so I definitely want to be on the safe side with my estimate. Thanks for the help!0
